The Ideal Pocket Monster Tales: Z-A Super Form According to Your Zodiac Sign

This return of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked widespread enthusiasm across the community. Starting with the one-by-one reveal of fresh additions before the game's launch, to players developing strong opinions on the full roster of new Megas, there's plenty for enthusiasts to anticipate.

Given many of the Super Forms showcasing unique appearances that highlight their traits, one idea came to mind: What's the best way to connect this with zodiac signs? This list is inspired by a blend of vibes, common zodiac traits, and personal experience.

The Ram – Mega Camerupt

Honestly, Houndour's evolution was almost selected for Aries, as they are the Super Form and astrological sign that evoke the most fear. But, a Super Houndoom appears as constantly angry, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, renowned for being fun, cheerful, and impulsive. That's why the Ram far more similar to Super Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Stay on the friendly side of either and benefit from a strong partner; if you cross them, prepare to get burned.

Taurus – Super Heracross

Much like a loyal Bull, the steadfast Heracross, both in its standard and Super Form, has aided many trainers in Legends: Z-A. Though dependable, each the Pokémon and a Taurus are still Fighting types, and – be it their companion or a strong opinion – will stand up for their position unwaveringly. The thing about Super Heracross that recalls most of my Bull-sign companions, however, is its unashamed love of treats. Many previous official descriptions note their fondness for sweet tree sap and how it employs its appendage to collect it all, which is pure Bull-sign vibe.

The Twins – Mega Medicham

Look at this absolute royalty. It's impossible to tell me this Pokémon is not the life of any gathering, providing an constant fountain of chatter to anyone who wants to hear. Just like an enrapturing, gregarious Gemini, it's very simple to envision Mega Medicham mesmerizing an entire Wild Zone with their tales. Medicham’s official description also states its capacity to foresee an opponent's next moves, which seems very similar to a people-smart Twins.

Cancer – Mega Manectric

Cancer is commonly regarded as the most emotional sign of the astrological wheel, a passionate sign known for frequently getting absorbed in their feelings. According to the Pokédex, Mega Evolution fills the Pokémon with a “tremendous quantity of electricity, but it's too much for this Pokémon to fully manage,” which seems a lot like a typical Cancer crash-out. It is also recognized for its ability to make a thundercloud over its own self – and if there’s a single trait a Cancer is likely to do, it’s spoil their own parade.

The Lion – Mega Starmie

Oh, did you think I was going to select the lion Pokémon for the king of the stars? Aside from the fact that it would be far too obvious, Leo is obviously Super Starmie, the diva whose legs just went viral for being extremely glamorous (or terrifying, based on your preference). Fans couldn’t look away from the purple starfish, and that’s exactly the same energy a Leo offers to the scene. Starmie is also said to be broadcasting radio waves from its center out into the cosmos, and it’s just like a Leo to be putting on a performance, even if for aliens.

The Maiden – Super Victreebel

The always-ready and perpetually-anxious Virgo is perfectly encapsulated in Mega Victreebel, the Mega with perpetual digestive issues. The sign famous for being charmingly judgmental is strongly reflected throughout this creature's whole lineage, from a perpetually surprised face like a Maiden when you tell them you lack a retirement plan, to its upside-down face that’s just like the symbol a Maiden sends to the chatroom when everyone says they want to “be spontaneous” rather than creating a strategy.

The Scales – Mega Audino

Look at this sweet, sensitive being, who uses the sensors on its auditory organs to tell how people are feeling by their pulse. Always empathetic – sometimes to a fault – and trying to keep the harmony, there are numerous Libras who would likely benefit from Super Audino's skills. Though, to be frank, it would likely just cause them to worry more about everyone else.

The Scorpion – Super Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a surprisingly tragic backstory: Discarded as a toy, it gained sentient through sheer hatred and vowed retribution on its former owner. Per the official info, Mega Evolution, “increases its spitefulness.” That seems precisely like several discussions I’ve had with my intense Scorpion acquaintances. A Scorpion loves cosmic justice and retribution, making them the perfect match with Mega Banette.

The Archer – Mega Hawlucha

Both Mega Hawlucha and Sagittarians are always staging a show. Being a Sagittarius personally, the amount of times I’ve called myself some version of a “playful small entertainer” is innumerable. The showiest and most attention-seeking Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even mentions how it “flexes to display its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most apt Sagittarius match I can imagine.

Capricorn – Mega Absol

Did you know that a Super Absol has the power to predict calamities in advance? That gives the identical vibe as a Capricorn, who tends to always believe they’re correct. Interestingly, similar to a visionary Super Absol, they often are. It’s also the very first Super Form that trainers encounter in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Goat to get in on the beginning of the Super Form craze.

The Water Bearer – Mega Chandelure

Aloof element Aquarius is possibly the non-fire placement that is closest to a fire sign – its sister sign is the Lion, and there are countless memes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being chaotic partners in crime. Mega Chandelure’s double Spirit/Flame category matches seamlessly with this, and the Super Form's general intimidating aura is also extremely Aquarius. If you weren’t already persuaded, the Super Form's Pokédex entry says it “draws in negative energy and converts it into strength.” If that doesn’t exactly {encaps
